[mefi-projects] #004 27-May-2001
Greetings!
MetaFilter is available for members only on Matt's personal DSL line while
he seeks out more robust hosting elsewhere. If you can help him, drop him a
line at matt AT haughey.com. "Help" would basically mean you can attach the
server that MetaFilter runs on to a T1 or such like at little or no cost to
Matt.
Meanwhile, this edition of the MeFi Projects digest features four items and
is going out to nearly 150 members!
Fray Day 5 Wants You!
<http://www.fray.org/5/>
Fray Day 5, an annual artfest and storytelling open mic, is going global
this year. So far events have been announced in Austin, Boston, San
Francisco, Toronto, and Washington DC. We're looking for volunteers in
those cities, and elsewhere, to help make this event a reality. Get in
touch!

BlogIRCO
<http://www.fairvue.com/?feature=blogirco>
First there was Bloggo. Then there was MeFi-O. Now there's BlogIRCO, the
bingo game for blog chatters. It's Fairvue's newest feature (and my biggest
JavaScript project yet).
