    I've been working on this for the last three months - it's a new kind
of discussion board that organises itself around UK geography. It's like
being able to see just the MetaFilter discussions by people who live in the
ten miles around you -- great for reviews and discussing local services.

    A toolkit for generating/processing images that might be attractive to
some Mefi readers - it takes a fairly mathematical approach to manipulating
